Mates Biotech. Co., Ltd. was founded in 2017 by a team of senior sales, which has been working in medical industry for over 20 years. 
​

In the early days of establishment, we committed to train all the medical equipment staff, until they were able to stand side by side with the surgeons in front of the surgical tables, and serve the public in order to improve the overall medical quality.

​

To achieve this goal, Mates has always been focusing on providing professional consultation and after-sale services, and follows the principles of AO Foundation to complete employee education and training with the collaboration of Johnson & Johnson Medical Taiwan(J&J).

​

Our main selling products are mostly from J&J; there are orthopedical implants, total knee/ total hip replacement, biomaterials, sports medicine, surgical instruments and medical devices, etc. We will continue to develop other medical products in the future as well.

With the aim of maintaining the sustainable operation of the company, our chairman, Max Hsu, spares no effort to constantly seek innovation and changes through traditional trauma markets as well as striving to develop potential emerging markets.

Furthermore, he maintains the Open-Door Policy with the employees at all times; they are welcome to discuss and communicate face-to-face with him, seeking the best solutions to new obstacles and challenges.

First of all, we treat our employees as our most precious assets, they meant more than any money-printing machine. 

We treasure all of our staff and value a good working atmosphere as well, which makes us more like a big family. 
This is a working environment that everyone can trust and rely on each-other, it would be just an empty shell without trustworthy employees.

Second, we always encourage our employees to have a positive working attitude.

Do you consider your work as a life-long career or just like a part-time job? Difference of working attitudes will result in different working performances.

We believe you will see and feel the difference if you can take another prospective towards working attitude. The result shall be noticeable in the working environment.

Third, we expect our employees to have a longer vision of life.

Our chairman usually says that during your lifetime, the wealth you’re going to pursue is not the immediate wealth; if you look further and go in the right direction, the accomplishment shall be your true wealth. Thus, we pay a lot of attention to make sure that all of our employees’ career developments are in the right path.
